Personally, I'm surprised there isn't a computer version of it, with animated graphics depicting the results of each encounter:

Announcer: "Paper Vs Scissors!"
CGI scissors attacks CGI notepaper. Vicious Snip snip snip action sequence.
Announcer: Scissors Win!
Sound of crowd going wild.
